Danemathics ("we", "us", "our") operates the Danemathics: Rise to Legend game available at play.danemathics.com and on the Google Play Store. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it — in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), South Africa.
We do not collect: real names, addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or location data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Danemathics is designed for Grade 8–9 learners (approximately 13–15 years old). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to create an account for you. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13 without consent, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
Data is stored securely using Upstash KV (Redis) hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. All connections are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Access to stored data is restricted to authenticated sessions only.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Guest progress is stored only in your browser's local storage and is never sent to our servers.

Your display name and score are publicly visible on the leaderboard. If you do not wish to appear on the leaderboard, play as a Guest or do not submit scores.
In the future, we may add advertising (e.g. Google AdSense/AdMob). If we do, we will update this policy before ads go live.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new "last updated" date.
