By using Danemathics: Rise to Legend ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. About the Game

Danemathics: Rise to Legend is a free, CAPS-aligned Grade 8–9 mathematics game developed by Danemathics. It is available at play.danemathics.com and on the Google Play Store.

2. Eligibility

The Game is intended for learners aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, you must have verifiable parental or guardian consent before creating an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
• You may not create multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or manipulate the Game, its APIs, or the leaderboard
• Submit fake scores or use automated tools to gain unfair advantages
• Use offensive, hateful, or inappropriate display names or usernames
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer or copy the Game's content or code for commercial use

5. Leaderboard & Social Features

The global leaderboard is public. Your display name and score are visible to all users. By submitting a score, you consent to this public display. We reserve the right to remove any entry from the leaderboard.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game — including questions, graphics, music, and code — is owned by Danemathics. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Availability

We provide the Game on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or technical issues.

8. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Danemathics is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Game.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
